Terms of Service

1. Booking & Retainer Requirements

To reserve and confirm a shoot date on the calendar, a signed photography agreement and a non-refundable deposit/retainer fee must be received. Dates are not reserved until both elements have been completed.

2. Copyright, Ownership & Usage Rights

All rights, title, and ownership of the original raw frames and produced images remain the sole intellectual property of Shayna Nicole.

• Personal Clients: Granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for private display, reproduction, and social sharing.
• Commercial Clients: Granted specific usage licenses strictly outlined within individual project contracts. Third-party syndication requires explicit written authorization.
• Raw files are proprietary work material and will not be provided under standard contracts.

3. Delivery Windows & Archival

Full proofing and final galleries are curated and post-processed individually. Completed high-resolution digital galleries are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks following the session date. Digital archives are hosted for client download for 60 days post-delivery.

4. Rescheduling & Weather Contingencies

Natural light and outdoor shoots are inherently subject to atmospheric variables. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen illness, retainer funds transfer automatically to the rescheduled date without penalty.
